Project: Destillery Production supervision and reporting to ensure consistent and high quality whiskey and gin production.

Project: Development of test systems for two camera models YouTube video for camera customers showing how PoE IR cameras can be connected to Rockwell Automation’s control systems. Using VantagePoint, composite reports showing live pictures, historical data and diagrams were produced.

Project: OEE analysis in a validated environment. OEE analysis and reporting from a single production line. Extensive reporting demands including shift report and failure analysis.

Tunnel system comprising over 40 000 m2 floor space with demanding specifications for climate control. Using Rockwell Automation’s products, we have delivered a complete solution for networking, CCTV-integration, lighting, control systems, HVAC including Historian and VantagePoint reporting.

Updating a 30 year old system to the latest standard while minimising cost and downtime. Older SLC I/O cards are re-used by incorporating the latest Ethernet I/P adapters.

Alarm handling in a validated environment Application of the latest Win911 solution to provide an app based alarm solution for corporate use. Distribution of in excess of 6000 alarms on two major sites using ViewSE as an alarm source.

Reliable and secure fiber based backbone network support control systems for automation, CCTV, security systems and general IT. Solution is based on Rockwell Automation’s Stratix, produced in association with Cisco
